Job description
ï'§ Establish relationships with key decision makers and ensure that existing clients are highly satisfied
ï'§ Interact with leadership team on the IT & business side of the client and be viewed as a trusted advisor to the client
ï'§ Protect, enhance and grow business with the client including managing new business development & account management
ï'§ Ensure that program managers are leading profitable and efficient programs with strong customer satisfaction
PoV on various topics at the first level before relevant experts are engaged
ï'§ Has a good appreciation of CPGR value chain, Cloud Platforms, Data/Analytics and the components
ï'§ Strong knowledge of IT/product delivery systems & methodologies. Eg. Agile, CI/CD, AMS, Product lifecycle, emerging capabilities etc.
ï'§ Comfortable to provide a Level 1 escalation handling support to the delivery team
ï'§ Eye for details for business problems & opportunities preferably with CPGR background
ï'§ Experience in closing deals in the range of $250K - $3M
ï'§ Extensive experience in scaling client accounts, building referenceable client relationships and delivering IT solutions
