Job description
Preparation of year end financials along with notes to accounts, schedules, reports, etc, (as per revised Schedule III) required for audit and Liase with auditor to resolve all their queries. Coordinating with auditors for Interim audit and providing the details / schedules required by them. Preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance sheet along with all schedule and other reports required by management. Doing monthly analysis of P&L and Balance sheet items and highlight major variances/ observations to management. Handling all GL related queries through mails & calls from OPCO Team, Inter department, Agency & Region. SOX Compliance. Team Management: Weekly review with the team on the progress, issues & achievement and to share the report with Management. Escalation on team issues should be resolve in consultation with vertical head Any other initiative on organization level
Skills/Experience Minimum 10-13 years of experiencing in GL and accounting department Qualification - CA / CA Inter Should have an experience in SSC/BPO/ITES Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation Self-motivated Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally Well organised with strength in prioritizing Flexible attitude to achieve results.
