Purpose of the job:
Lead accounting and compliance for a business segment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the business processes & work in close coordination with business teams
- Lead discussions & decisions on finance accounting & reporting
- Ensure 100% Tax and financial compliances & monthly closure of financials books by 7 th of every month
- Handle direct & indirect tax compliances & filings
- Create process SOPs & identify areas of process optimization
- Lead a team of people & senior stakeholders management
- Drive analysis on key metrics
Who can apply:
- CA (1 st attempt) - 12-15 years' experience
- Handled team sizes 10 people
- Handled direct & indirect tax
- Experience in financials preparation & audit management
- Work ex- in MNC (5+ years) + Startups
