Loyalytics, a young and exciting company leading the way in B2B AI solutions, seeks a superstar Customer Success Champion to be the face of our customer service. This is your chance to build a top-notch customer service team from scratch, while becoming a thought leader in the thrilling world of AI implementation.
Responisblities
- Be the champion for our clients’ success, making sure they get the most out of our AI solutions.
- Design and launch a fantastic customer service plan, including clear guides, training programs, and solutions for any issues.
- Lead a high-performing customer service team, creating a positive, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Be the go-to person for all client questions, providing expert advice on both technical and strategic aspects.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure clients are happy and thriving.
- Gather feedback from clients, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that make their experience and our product even better.
- Become a thought leader within the company and the B2B AI community, actively sharing best practices and insights.
Requirements
- A passionate believer in AI technology and its power to transform businesses.
- 5+ years of experience leading and building successful customer service teams in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a clear and simple way for everyone to understand.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving problems.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with AI or other emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with popular customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
