Job description
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Customer visit
Handling new enquiries
Drawing approval from customer
Quotation to customer
Cost approval from management
Negotiation & order finalization
Internal approval for new order
Making sales order
Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with product/service received
