Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital campaigns for multiple Brands. Closely work with brand team, creative & media agency and external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across multiple brands. Campaigns to be built across Video, Display, search and social.
- Work with design & development agency to build the corporate website, brand websites and Direct to consumer website and manage all end-to-end. The work ranges from design, content, SEO and driving engagement features of websites to drive traffic to website. Ensure content efforts to drive conversion on D2C platform.
- Develop digital contents for brands, in partnership with agencies & vendor across video, influencer content, display, search, social and ecom.
- Work with SEO agencies to set KPI and drive SEO to ensure ranking of websites on search engine pages.
- ORM - Direct and through social listening, establishing measurable KPI and ensuring target achievements.
- Ensure to drive the vision of data-led marketing, first party data collection, as per organizational goal.
- Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Benchmarking performance across all assets and advising on KPIs.
- Understand global / India digital trends and gain insights which can be adapted for the business.
- Working with cross-functional teams (Brand, legal, technical and medical) to drive digital goals.
- Developing & monitoring dashboard for Portals / digital assets via Excel.
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing & interpreting trends providing actionable insights based on analytics.
- Analyzing effect of different online & offline initiatives to develop strategies for growth
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency & effectiveness of campaigns
- Analytics and conversion optimization for all digital assets.
- Providing inputs on campaign tagging and additional onsite tracking
Qualifications & experience
- MBA or equivalent in marketing from an institute of repute
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Digital & Influencer Marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
