Roles and responsibilities:
- Use your connections to form an advisory team in the local market. - Develop the group and bring in business with them. - To get together with the team, Lead suppliers on an ongoing basis - Keeping the team members inspired - Create a lasting relationship between the group and the business. - Help the sales manager lead and oversee the sales team in an efficient manner. - Help in the creation and execution of strategic sales plans in order to meet goals. - Provide mentorship and training to sales representatives in order to improve their performance. - Establish and track sales goals in close coordination with the sales manager.Job tags
