Exemployee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq Malabar or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store in Bandra
Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in only the jewellery field.
Language Known English / Hindi
Age Group Bellow 35 years
Gender Both
Should have Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
Job Description:
Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features pricing and aftersales services)
Answer customers questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Crosssell products within the store to enhance the customer experience
Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients
Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
