Job Opportunity: Education Counsellor Are you passionate about guiding individuals on their educational journey Join our team as an Education Counsellor, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping students and professionals discover their dream universities and programs.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve enrolment targets through effective inside sales techniques. Learn lead generation via cold calling and convert leads to enrolments. Provide counselling to prospective students and working professionals, addressing academic, emotional, and social concerns. Guide students throughout the university and course selection process.
Offer in-depth information through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media. Identify potential references from existing customers to expand the sales pipeline. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving target numbers. Handle walk-in inquiries, ensuring successful enrolments.
Maintain a comprehensive CRM and database of enquiries.
Language Proficiency: English, Hind.
Working Hours: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
