Sales And Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, customer service, product training, sales management, and successful lead generation. The Specialist will continue the growth of the company's online presence, working closely with the marketing team towards the company's goals, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Customer service experience for B2B and B2C customers, resolving customer conflicts
• Proven sales track record, maintaining thorough sales records for the company's products and services
• Ability to create and implement training programs for customers and employees for product knowledge
• Sales management experience, leading and collaborating with others in the sales and marketing team to meet company's sales objectives
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
• Knowledge in the technical industry in terms of laptops or computers would be beneficial
• Experience in customer service or sales in the Information Technology (IT) field is a plus
