Role Description

This full-time on-site position located in Surat is for an International Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients globally, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and negotiating and closing sales agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience in international business development, sales, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and execute on business development strategies
• Able to travel internationally as needed (when possible)
• Knowledge and experience in the diamond industry is a plus
