Job description

Incumbent will manage corporate financial and HR applications like Oracle Fusion ERP, Financial, SCM and BI Analytics. This role will provide direction, guidance, and judgment on support of current applications and new project initiatives in this space, with a focus on delivery of projects at committed schedules and cost. The role will include strategy, stakeholder alignment, planning, analysis, change management and delivery management across multiple Aster businesses. Responsibilities • Oversee the leadership role in Oracle Fusion ERP,SCM and BI Analytics, ensuring effective management and optimization of these systems. • Take charge of supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM and BI Analytics, ensuring their seamless operation. • Provide valuable support to the business in achieving timely period closing. • Vigilantly monitor interfaces with various applications to ensure smooth integration. • Take responsibility for managing the reconciliation process between the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Oracle systems. • Play a crucial role in overseeing IT audits, ensuring compliance and security. • Assist the business in extracting data for statutory audits, contributing to a smooth and efficient audit process. • Efficiently manage other smaller corporate applications, such as central procurement applications (CPC). • Resolving Oracle fusion ERP functional issues • Preparing design documents for key enhancements • Vendor management of Oracle, Oracle partners and relevant BI Vendors • Management of Oracle licenses and ensuring compliance • Key liaison person with CFO organization • Overall ownership and advisory for IT Budgeting. Competencies • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and functionalities. • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS functionality and support models. • Ability to configure, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and how Oracle Fusion ERP aligns with organizational goals. • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion ERP solutions • Proven experience in successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects. • Skill in integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with other systems and applications. • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues in Oracle Fusion ERP. • Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Proficiency in customizing Oracle Fusion ERP to meet specific organizational needs. • Experience in configuring workflows, approval processes, and security settings. • Skill in managing data migration processes within Oracle Fusion ERP. • Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. • Expertise in Oracle BI Analytics for reporting and analytics purposes. • Ability to create and customize reports to meet business requirements. • Capability to develop and deliver training programs for end-users. • Strong documentation skills for process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals • Commitment to staying updated on the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features and industry best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to ERP systems. • Ensuring Oracle Fusion ERP configurations comply with relevant regulations. Education, Experience and Certifications • CA and MBA/Bachelor's/master's in technology or business Management. • 8+ years of Oracle fusion ERP applications • Experience managing complex IT projects. • Experience in healthcare domain (experience with Health tech a strong plus).
