- Work Profile : Inside And Outside Sales And Marketing Activities With Data Processing For Sales
- Location : Vadodara (Alkapuri)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mainly Responsible for generating business from the customers in his region in coordination with concern Regional /Head– Office.
Major activities will be as listed under:
- Preparation of list of customer database in coordination with RO/ HO and update on regular basis
- Based on the planned customer list – visiting customers regularly and introducing our company, business profile, areas of activities etc.
- Customer relationship management
- Focus should be on limited customers
- Generating enquiries from customer and get required data for the respective enquiry
- Processing enquiries and sending to concern department
- Follow-up with concern department for getting quote on time
- Constantly be in touch with customers by visiting, phone and e-mails.
- In case of any queries, getting replies on time from customer
- Upon receiving quote, submission of quote to customer.
- Follow-up with customer for orders and tracking of all quotes submitted to customers
- Complete information to be collected for all the submitted quote
- Collection of orders from customer
- Processing of order through concern department
- Getting order acknowledgement and submitting the same to customer
- Keep a track of delivery schedules and follow-up for timely shipments.
- Collecting and submitting shipping documents
- Timely Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis to appropriate authorities
- Generating new areas of business opportunities and new customers as per guidance from HO.
- Try to optimize the time and expenses for each of the activities and improve on continuously basis
- Operating and Maintaining office in proper conditions
