Customer Care Manager (Taste & Wellbeing) - Your next position As Customer Care Manager , you will act as a leader of the customer care team based in Pune and Mumbai by coaching and challenging all individuals in order to reach best possible performance in a positive work environment In this role, you will be based in Pune and directly report to the Head of Demand SAMEA. Sounds interesting It could be your perfect opportunity to lead, coach, train and support your team to achieve their optimal performance. In this position you will: Lead and develop the customer care team You will align and manage on roles and responsibilities consistently within the team (e.g. geographically, customer specific, backups) and across functions in close collaboration with local and regional peers and managers. You will manage the team by setting clear objectives (Engage process), establish and execute a solid people development plan for the team, based on local and regional HR and OPS guidelines. Customer order management You will ensure effective and efficient management of customer orders to contribute substantially to the organizations customer service targets: on-time in full-dispatch and –delivery; zero complaints vision (admin / transport). To provide effective service to customers, you will need very close interactions with various functions within Givaudan and outside Givaudan. You may need to visit customers on specific topic related to customer care service. Process improvement You will drive the evolution of Customer Care processes and systems in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders and consistent with guidelines; to establish a strong and sustainable complaint handling and quality improvement process within the area of responsibility, in-line with regionally defined best practices to prevent future complaints pro-actively. You will have highly active part on the execution and implementation of various initiatives by local and global on process and systems improvement in customer care/order processing function Strategic Mindset A strategic mindset for a customer care manager involves proactive planning and data-driven decision-making to elevate customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term business goals. Demand Planning Analytical Demand Planning Analytical for a customer care manager involves utilizing data insights to forecast customer needs accurately, ensuring optimized inventory levels and exceptional service delivery.
