Role Description
As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met. This is a full-time on-site role located in Madhubani. You will need to engage with customers on a daily basis, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions. You will also need to work closely with other teams to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Finance and MicroBanking
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to identify potential Sales opportunities
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles
