The Event Sponsor Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue through the acquisition of event sponsors
They are responsible for identifying and securing potential sponsors for events, creating strategic sales plans, and maintaining relationships with sponsors
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sponsorship targets
Identify and approach potential sponsors for events
Negotiate sponsorship terms and agreements
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives
Manage sponsor contracts and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits
Attend industry events to network and identify potential sponsors
Provide post-event analysis and reports to sponsors

Ensure sponsor satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship or event management
