The role is for a Support Analyst with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
1. Provide the Techno-functional support to Core Banking Platform department.
2. To Understand the project requirements functionally and Technically
3. To perform technical tasks (Adhoc tasks, batch runs) as per project need
4. Provide functional support as per project requirement
5. To mentor the junior resources in the team
6. Project status reporting
Responsibilities
1. Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects; gain in experience and knowledge at a Technical level and functional level in Core banking.
2. Contribute to Issue resolution, RCAs, Process improvements
3. Pro-active status reporting with Leads.
4. Strong Ownership of assigned tasks to closure.
5. To ensure all activities carried-out and solutions proposed, planned and delivered are compliant with policy guidelines specified by BNPP Paribas group globally
6. Gather project requirement and prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD) and other functional documents as per requirements.
7. Provide linkage between the client’s business and technical tasks regarding the requirements throughout the development life cycle.
8. Provide maintenance and support towards resolving issues, bugs etc on products put on production.
9. Resolve and provide functional support for adhoc queries from users.
