Project Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Support Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in support of the EUR Project Delivery. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our project's operational efficiency, particularly through the administration of the Licence to Work (L2W) program and various data maintenance activities.

The EUR Project Delivery is focused on enabling and certifying suppliers through a comprehensive program of online training and certification (L0, L1, L2), health & safety (H&S) compliance, and project-specific requirements. The Admin Support Services Specialist will ensure seamless onboarding, certification, and compliance of supplier resources, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the project.

Tasks

  • Administer L2W programs for online trainings (L0, L1) and SEP (Supplier Excellence Portal) data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the central team (CDE) for troubleshooting registration issues and updating SEP records.
  • Support the Health & Safety (H&S) team by communicating requirements to subcontractors, verifying H&S certificates, and ensuring all certificates are valid and up-to-date.
  • Assist with project-specific administration, including local enablement, project induction, and compliance with country-specific requirements.
  • Perform daily checks and updates, ensuring all project participants meet the necessary certification and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the interface between the market team and CDE, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
  • Analyze additional service requests for feasibility and manage change requests as per procedure.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with support portals and training platforms for onboarding and certification processes.
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint

This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in admin support roles, particularly in project delivery or supplier management, will be highly advantageous.
