Job description
JD for a Tele-sales caller Role
1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage potential clients over the phone and explain the product clearly.
2. Knowledge: Understanding client's needs, address client inquiries.
3. Sales Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in tele sales or a sales-oriented role, preferably in the service industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, address their concerns, and provide
solutions to their queries while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
5. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads to convert them into clients, while maintaining a positive attitude.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in market conditions, client needs, and company policies to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
7. Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to industry, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients.
8. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, telephony software, and other tools to manage leads, track sales activities and optimize performance.
9. Goal-Oriented: Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
10. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new trading products or services to enhance sales effectiveness and knowledge ability.
11. Probationary Period: 3 months will be as a probationary period for the candidate to prove his/her worth for the company after his appraisal.
12. Candidate must be versatile to handle the customer from different countries.
13. Salary 20k-40k. It can go much higher depending on the candidate's skill and knowledge.
