 Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Chemist with expertise in the personal care and cosmetic industry to oversee the production process of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute manufacturing processes, including batching, mixing, filling, and packaging, to meet production targets while maintaining product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and implement process improvements.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  4. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and safe working environment in the manufacturing facility.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and technical reports, to support regulatory compliance and product registration.
  6. Participate in technology transfer activities for new product introductions, including scale-up trials and process validation.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

 

Qualifications:

Bsc., Msc, B.Pharmacy & M.Pharmacy.

 

Experience:

  1. 1-3 experience in manufacturing within the personal care or cosmetic industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation principles, and manufacturing processes.
  3. Experience with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EU, and other global regulations, about cosmetics manufacturing.
  4. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize processes, and implement quality improvements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
