We have 250+ homes in most of the best tourist destinations in Maharashtra (Alibaug, Lonavala, Pune, Karjat, Nashik, Igatpuri) and Goa and are rapidly increasing our presence at a national level.

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to create a consistent brand presence across all modes of engagement and communication. You will be in charge of executing the social media calendar alongside a team of artists, graphic designers, and video editors.

Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology Creating and implementing monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales and B2B objectives and initiatives Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use marketing automation and CRM tools. Work with internal and external content creators, copywriters and designers to ensure content is engaging, trendy and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Influencer management, and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Research and plan marketing activities to accelerate sales Study customer behavior and make resonating communications for different promotional platforms Create 100% error-free content for OTA listings Adhere to rules and regulations Present to Senior Management

Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or Copywriter or a similar role Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams Understanding of creative development process and media planning Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Familiarity with designing, listening, and email marketing tools Excellent multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
