Job description

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to join our team as an Area Head for the Agency division. This role is based in Bangalore and involves L2 reporting, with Branch Managers reporting directly to the candidate. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Health Insurance (HI) Agency management, with exposure to handling multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Agency division, overseeing multiple branches and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
2. Team Management: Directly manage and mentor Branch Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Health Insurance products.
4. Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
5. Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of branches, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions and capitalize on business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
   2. Proven experience in Agency management within the Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Health Insurance sector.
   3. Significant experience in handling multiple branches and leading teams to success.
   4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving targets.
   5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   6. Age below 36 years.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with a CTC of 18 LPA, inclusive of variable components based on performance.
