We at INFINX are hiring for RCM (SR.AR Callers) - Physician Billing

INFINX Healthcare

is a leading provider of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services. We operate from our headquarters in San Jose, CA with multiple delivery centers in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad, Bangalore in India.

Designation/ Role : Process Associate/ Sr Process Associate

Department : Accounts Receivable

Work Timings : Night Shifts

Location : Hyderabad

Qualifications : Minimum 10+2, or Any Graduate Preferred

Experience : 1yr-4yrs.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years experience in the AR calling process (CMS-1500).
  • Complete and send appropriate claim forms according to UB04, CMS and third-party payer guidelines.
  • Demonstrate service excellence to all patients, clients, and employees of Infinx.
  • Follow up with medical insurance payers regarding the status of outstanding claims.
  • Complete and send appropriate claim forms according to UB04, CMS and third-party payer guidelines
