Company Description 256 GRAYS STUDIO LLP is a 3D architectural visualization and rendering studio located in Mumbai. We specialize in creating high-quality 3D architectural renderings and 3D interior visualizations for architects, developers, real estate agencies, interior designers, landscape designers, property marketing companies, and builders. Our studio was established in the year 2000 by Hasnain Sikandar, and has grown to become a supplier of Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) across local and international market.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating 3D models, visualizations, walkthrough, and Virtual Reality. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing lighting schemes. We are currently seeking a skilled 3D Architectural visualization artist with a minimum of 5 years of experience Qualifications Strong visualization skills in exterior architectural renderings. Proficiency in 3dsmax, Vray and Photoshop - Adobe premiere will be added advantage. Experience in lighting and lighting design. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D visualizations of exterior spaces, including buildings, landscapes, and urban environments. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop accurate representations of their vision. Use 3dsmax, Vray, and Photoshop to create photorealistic renderings. Create walkthroughs and animations to help clients visualize their projects. Manage projects and timelines effectively, delivering work on time and to the highest quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, responding to feedback and making revisions as necessary.
