12+ years of experience in creating Infrastructure and Cloud managed service solution. Must have performed roles in Infrastructure management and pre sales design architect, infrastructure solution for managed service Experience in architecting solutions and responding RFPs for infrastructure management outsourcing services Specialized in design architect end to end transformation managed service solution RFx responses commercial acumen Lead end to end presentation sessions discussion with CxO s / Infra heads during RFx Cycle Provide Pre sales solution support to business requirements conducting requirement workshop to capture customer requirements and evaluate analysis of their data Respond to RFI / RFP prepare solution documentation and presentation Design a detailed delivery model for the cloud and infra transformation and run service. Operational and Service delivery experience in Multi / Hybrid Cloud environment + Datacenter managed Service solution, End User Support, Must be aware of various managed service delivery model and SLA, KPI s & Reporting Certification ITIL V4 Foundation, Cloud L1, DC Candidate should be good in customer handling and managing stakeholder Primary Skill Solution Architect with Pre Sales Experience Domain Experience Cloud / Datacenter/ End User support Secondary Skill Technical ArchitectJob tags
