Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Set team and individual goals. Evaluate Team member performance and Training, Teaching, Coaching, Mentoring. Capacity and infrastructure planning and manufacturing strategy for projects and r up activities - Manufacturing process mapping - equipment planning and cycle time. Technical support to production units for P/Q/C/D/S/M. TPM activity art module level for DM PillarLCC and Paired matrix. Compilation of plant level capital budget, justification and utilization. Special budget / Contingency budget justification and approvals from senior management. Timely system document review - FTG drawings, process sheets, Quality plan, change management. Review of Scope of Supply, Techno-commercial comparison, Life cycle costing, paired matrix before approvals. Equipment accessories, attachment and . Process automation/ Benchmarking / Horizontal Deployment projects
