CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
SAT n paper is an 8-year company engaged in providing online tutoring for standardized tests to students in India and abroad. The current team size is 210+ retainers. We are looking for Client Relationship Managers. Responsibilities: Maintain existing client relationships Handle a team of 3-5 assistant managers to coordinate students’ preparation Respond to all issues with prompt attention Conduct client meetings and maintain timely contact with clients Ideal candidate: Will have 4 to 10 years of experience in the client relationship domain Outstanding communication skills Experience in remote working will be an added advantage Any experience in the study abroad field is an added advantage, not mandatory, though.
