We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Executive based in Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Executive, Projects and Customer Support Location: Ahmedabad Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Electronics / IC Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

Handle PLC & SCADA projects from Design, Drawing to installation and commissioning. Provide expert support to customers on our instrumentation and controls products, including PID controllers, transmitters, sensors, switches, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E in Electronics / IC Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing PLC & SCADA projects. Strong knowledge of instrumentation and controls products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
