Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects, mapping out target accounts, creating email campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure the smooth handoff of leads.

- Identify and target potential leads for Interakt through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and inbound inquiries. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability.
- Develop a deep understanding of Interakt, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate this knowledge to prospects to articulate how the product can address their specific pain points and deliver value.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, record interactions, and maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of lead status and progress.
- Liaise with technical and product teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and address any inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with onboarded accounts.
