Job description
Facility Set up and Management :
o Responsible for setting up the MRF project in Delhi for Saahas Zero Waste which includes the following activities:
o Facility identification as per our requirement.
o Ensuring all certificates as per law are acquired and in place.
o Closely work with the MRF lead on the Design of the MRF facility.
o Implement all QEHS policies and practices in the facility.
Sourcing:
o Ensure Bin/Location allocation for all Incoming material.
Quality check :
o Ensure quality of dispatch material
o Check Quality of Material & Provide Feedback to ZWP
o Check Quality of Processes (SOP Adherence)
Logistics:
o Optimization of Loads. Ensure implementation of documented MOQ stacking norms and standardization of safety norms with transporters.
End Destination :
o Ensure coordination for quality check by ED capture feedback and bring any internal process change for improving the quality.
Billing & Payments :
o Support for Invoicing and Payment Collections.
Data Management :
o Health card KPIs of productivity in ZOHO. Maintain Records Analyse actual vs target and implement changes.
Sales:
o Ensuring right MOQ at right time. Will need to prepare and adhere to the dispatch plan.
Resource management :
o Training of Field Staff on process EHS and 5S.
Maintenance :
o Develop & Implement Preventive Maintenance Checklist for all Equipment and ensure the health of equipment. Target is to ensure there is no loss of productivity.
Health & Safety :
o 5S: Develop EHS and 5S Policy. Conduct Periodic Audits to ensure compliance to policies.
Process Monitoring :
o Development and Adherence to MRF Manual and other SOPs.
Special Projects :
o Testing and Implementation of new Technologies at MRF like sensor based sorting MHE etc.
