Job description
We have an urgent opening for the position of HR Manager for a reputed institute for the Ambernath location.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain HRIS for Principal Employer & Contractors - always up to date
2. Maintain all registers, records, and documents as per Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, LWF, Payment of Wages Act.
3. Renewal of licenses –
4. Maintain Personal file of employees
5. Maintain MIS for Job Contractors
6. Return Submission as per following act:
7. EPF and ESIC compliances and liaisoning with consultant and updation of KYC records
8. Bonus computation
9. F & F Execution
10. Disciplinary Actions
11. Interview and Recruitment coordination and onboarding documents
12. Timely grievance handling and redressal and & IR issue management
13. Maintain Biometric attendance system of employees
14. Compliances for Health, Safety, and Environment
15. Preparation of Committee & Committee list and hold monthly meetings with MOM
16. Maintain First Aid arrangement properly
17. Administration and liaisoning with Govt. officials related to
18. Attend accidental cases
19. Office administration, facility management, HR help desk, and query settlement
20. Security Guard duty roaster, oversee tasks
21. Coordination for Training, Appraisal, Employee Engagement activities
22. Other activities as and when required by the Management
Skills & Competencies Required: Good Communication Skills, Computer literacy
Educational Qualifications Required: Graduate / MBA/ other relevant Education
Additional Qualifications Required: Labour Laws
