Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, account management, and delivering customer success. The Sales Specialist will also be expected to provide training and guidance to customers and other team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing training and guidance to customers and team members
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
