Position Overview

As the Senior Manager in Export/Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's international marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export operations, a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, and a proven track record in the casting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets, identifying new business opportunities and fostering growth.
  • Export Operations: Oversee all aspects of export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance, to ensure seamless product delivery to global customers.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance the company's global reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products in international markets, collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful content and collateral.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for international marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align export and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in export operations and marketing within the casting industry.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, logistics, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful international marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
