Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including meticulous record-keeping, documentation, and filing, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of HR records and information.

• Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitating seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees through accurate completion of paperwork, orientations, and exit interviews, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.

• Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR systems, overseeing the maintenance, integrity, and security of employee data, conducting regular audits and updates to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

• Coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and benefits administration, collaborating with HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute programs effectively and support employee development and engagement.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and assistance on HR-related matters, fostering positive employee experiences and satisfaction.

• Support compliance activities, including policy development, audits, and reporting, by assisting in the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, conducting audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and preparing reports and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record of experience in HR or related administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Skills:

• HR Administration: Proficiency in providing administrative support to HR functions, including record-keeping, documentation, and filing, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

• Employee Onboarding: Experience in assisting with onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and exit interviews, to ensure smooth transitions and positive employee experiences.

• HRIS Management: Ability to manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, and utilizing technology to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with HRIS software, such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR, with the ability to leverage HR technology to automate processes, generate reports, and analyze data for insights and decision-making, enhancing HR operational effectiveness and performance.
