Job description
What will you do?
● Manage the new supply for smartstaff business by building strategy, Process & team from Central &
ground Operations viewpoint
● Promote your program inside your product & ground
● Spread the running offers on social media and incress the followers on smartstaff channels
● Build relationships with new onboarded candidates and old workers
● Do often research to understand the company's operations needs and requirements
● Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of the overall sourcing strategy
● documentation of process and strategic
● MIS reporting (knowledge of excel and google sheets)
● Solving problems by constructive & Product oriented thinking
● Metric-oriented approach & data-driven decisions
What will enable you to do it?
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
● Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills (Should know English, and Hindi)
● Great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
● 2+ years of experience (preferably in Sales, Event, Team engagement, or hospitality roles)
● Willingness to take ownership, quick learning abilities, and drive continuous improvement
● Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (Any additional training or certificate will be considered an
advantage)
● Experience problem solving for high-growth firms from an early stage would be preferred
● Equally good at process building and driving execution on the ground
● Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-
term objectives.
