Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
 Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings,
conferences.
 Ensure Director are sighted on urgent maters.
 Organise travel which includes flight bookings, ground transportation, accommodation, visa
processing
 Providing assistance such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
 Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of project/assignment and keep
director updated on any developments.
 Should be on high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day – to –
operations.
 Creating Presentations, summary reports as and when required by the Director
 Open to travel all over India and out of India for meetings
Essential skills
 Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
 Proven ability to manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and visa applications.
 Excellent organisations skills
 Good communications skills and good level of written English
 Ability to work under pressure and an understanding of the importance of prioritising work
 Confident, proactive, cheerful and resourceful
