Salary: 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients and target markets through research, networking, and industry events.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the hotel's facilities, amenities, and services.

Develop and submit detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure business while adhering to the hotel's revenue goals and policies.

Overcome objections and address concerns raised by clients, providing appropriate solutions.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay competitive.

Use market insights to recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and reservations, to ensure seamless execution of events and services.

Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and availability strategies.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports for management, outlining achievements, challenges, and potential areas of improvement.

Attending Events and Trade Shows:

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
