Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- Understanding of lead generation campaign, customer focused and basic telephone etiquettes. - Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills. - Cold Calling. - Handling Customer queries. - Regular follow ups with the existing and prospective clients and maintain data. - Coordination of back end support work to Sales and Marketing team. - Initiate and optimize tele outbound driven nurture activities as well as inbound coverage. - After-sale support and send reports to managers. - MIS Reporting. Preferred candidate profile : - Self-motivated, personality and driven to plan and execute sales generation, must have Go getter attitude. - Excellent communication English. - Power Point Presentation & Basic/Advance Excel knowledge. - Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities. - Able to build good working relationships across all levels. - Able to work in a team and independently. - Knowledge of Sales and Marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods.Job tags
