An MBA or equivalent degree in hotel management is required.
The role involves overseeing property operations and enhancing guest experiences.
Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills are essential, and familiarity with wellness-related therapies is advantageous.
They should have experience in business management skills such as sales forecasting, upselling. cashflow management and team handling.
