Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities and providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
• Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, schedules, and airport facilities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
• Perform safety inspections and checks on aircraft equipment.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.
