JOB DESCRIPTION: 10+ years of IT experience 5+ years as a data modeler Experience on data modeling design including Conceptual data modeling (Domain based subject areas), Logical data modeling (Atomic Data models/ Canonical Design and/or Dimensional design and/or Data Vault design and/or API/ Microservices based design) and Physical data modeling (Nomenclature and Data domain standards, model optimization considerations like indexing, partitioning, SCDs etc., Hash keys vs Surrogate keys etc.) Experienced with data modelling and tools, such as Erwin/ Intel EA/ Embarcadero/ IBM IDA/Hackolade Good communication and documentation skills able to work independently with BA and PM to gather requirements, perform discovery, come up with data model, work with data engineers to build data pipeline, and work with BI / Engg developers to answer their questions.
