• Job description
• Develop, implement, and maintain people experience policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns from employees and managers.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee relations issues.
• Support managers in the development and implementation of performance management plans.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and present recommendations to HR managers and business leaders.
• Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives
• What You NeedMasters degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in an HR-related role with a focus on HR policies, procedures, and business presentations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
