Qualifications

o Background in information technology, computer science, web design or information systems

o Exposure to SDLC, UI/UX, BA/BPM tools & techniques, Business/Sales cycle is preferred.

Specific Experience

o 6-8 years of Total experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in BA & PM.

o Excellent written and verbal skills, high attention to detail

o Preferable experience in Business process mapping tools, e.g., Visio, Flow.io, etc.

o Exposure to digital across front end i.e., channels, influencers, and customers.

o Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.

Should be passionate to drive change, and be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

Gather business requirement from different BU s and cross functional teams to optimize processes and build robust systems.

Execution of Company s strategic roadmap on Cables and Wires front end use cases.

Ensure critical front-end apps including Inventory management, pricing, predictive demand modelling, order fulfilment, QA and tracking, query and complaint management are in place and rolled out in all the markets. Project management and Vendor management.

Translate stakeholder requirements into deliverables such as RFP, BRD/BBP/FSD, Test scripts, User guides, etc.

Conduct business and/or functional gap analyses through a detailed understanding of the current and future business processes, and application systems including legacy data migration, integration, etc.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to articulate needs, issues, and concerns.

Conduct end to end functional user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify business needs are met.

Train end users on various changes/new developments in application and communicate to stakeholders about project progress.

Continuously review and assess system changes and/or customization to support any business improvement initiatives

Maintain documentation libraries, templates and ensure the appropriate access and use of documentation materials

Support leadership group with data insights, reports/dashboards to keep them updated on project deliverables and progress.
