Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Delhi, India. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring quick turnaround time for sending b2b tour proposals for Europe, managing team, planning and implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying and addressing operational issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in tour operations management with in-depth knowledge of costings for Europe tour packages
- Ensuring quick turnaround time for sending proposals
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
