Job description

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Growth

Consumer:

Understand the core consumer needs, and collaborate with product and design to build the right consumer experience and optimise conversion funnels.

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Oversee and optimise performance marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and partnerships.

Utilise data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the user journey.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

Partnerships

Define the partnerships and spiritual leader outreach strategy to align with the consumer need and company vision.

Build a high quality curated leader community by developing a deep understanding of the ecosystem and nurturing leader relationships.

Work closely with the content team to align leader onboarding strategy with the overall content strategy.

Strategic Support:

Collaborate closely with the founding team to drive and execute key strategic initiatives.

Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Problem Solving:

Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to address them.

Assist in resolving operational issues and roadblocks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.

Previous experience in a Product or Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities.
