Assistant Associate - Payroll

Job description

1. Managing end to end payroll operations.
2. Processing Full & Final settlement for exit cases.
3. Reconciliation of payroll account codes and preparation of audit schedules.
4. Handling employee queries.
5. Booking of payroll vouchers in Oracle.
6. Coordinating with business units for payroll related inputs.


Competencies
Good command over payroll related statutory compliances. (i.e. PF, ESI, P. Tax, LWF, Labor Law).
Knowledge of TDS on Salary, Tax perquisites.
Hands on MS Office, Power BI.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
An eye for detail and keen to learn with a positive attitude.
