Role Overview :

As our Community Development Manager, you'll be the bridge between potential residents and the XU Lifestyle experience. Your mission is to guide prospects through the journey of discovering their ideal co-living space while ensuring current residents receive unparalleled support. This hybrid role combines the thrill of sales with the satisfaction of delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities :

???? Inside Sales Excellence :

• Engage with potential residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Showcase the unique features of XU Lifestyle's co-living spaces.
• Navigate the sales process from initial inquiry to onboarding.

???? Customer Support Mastery :

• Provide exceptional support to current residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Foster a sense of community among residents through regular communication and events.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the highest quality of living standards.

???? Innovation and Improvement :

• Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement and customer satisfaction improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in inside sales and/or customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for real estate and a keen understanding of customer needs.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
