Job description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Executive/Manager. The Client Servicing Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with clients. The Client Servicing Executive/Manager will also be responsible for providing customer service and support, resolving client issues, and maintaining client retention.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (NOT LIMITED TO…) Ø Participate actively in new client pitching and event service requirements. Ø Knowledge and experience in conducting a wide range of events such as product launches, conferences, conclaves, R&R, annual days, family days, and exhibitions, among others. Ø Handle client meetings, take briefings, and present the agency and recommendations on such projects. Ø Explaining the briefing and client requirements to the Design Team, Operations Team as well as supporting in business by making event ideation and flow presentation. Ø Pre-event, on-event, and post-event coordination with internal departments such as the Business Development team, Creative team, and Operations team, MICE team (if required) for optimum alternatives and costing. Ø Ensure exceptional and timely delivery for clients, as well as event/activity management from start to finish with the production team. Ø Being on-site during events to ensure the smooth flow of the event and creating deliverables and reports after the event. Ø Most essential, clients must be retained for future projects. Ø Should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and be process-oriented and organized.

REQUIREMENTS Ø Experience of minimum 3 years and above in Client Servicing - Meetings, Events, Exhibitions Ø Good knowledge and experience in planning & managing Meetings, Events or Weddings Ø Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Ø Team player and good learner Ø Good presentation skills Ø Good time-management skills Ø Great interpersonal and communication
