Candidate Requirement Maintaining equipment, such as drills, saws, arcs and clamps Following safety and cleaning protocols Supervising welding teams Ensuring the use of safety equipment, such as personal protective equipment (PPE) Welding metal parts to follow specifications Assessing weight capacities of structures and parts.
