Role and Responsibilities:

As an HR Associate at NetSysCon Consulting you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing attendance tracking and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating documentation and ensuring timely completion
• Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work environment
• Participating in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in HR
• Prior experience in the Hospitality or CoLiving industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good problemsolving skills
